Returns & Refund Policy for Leisure Carpets Direct LTD

Leisure Carpets Direct LTD accept returns for a refund within 28 days of receipt of the item in question if the product is faulty or not fit for purpose. As our products are bespoke and made to measure the right to cancel an order within 14 days does not apply. 

The customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that if it is faulty. They then have a further 14 days to return the item and refunds will only be actioned back to the customers bank account once the item in question has been received & checked.

Refunds will be issued to the bank account the purchase was made from. An email will be sent to confirm refund has been actioned. 

If the item is returned after 28 days from receipt, or not deemed to be in an acceptable condition, no refund will be actioned.

Every item is tracked and the date of accepted delivery will be the first day of the 28 day period for returns.

Return postage is to be paid by the customer sending back the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
