What do I do if I don't have existing carpets? We have created a comprehensive template guide showing you how to template your vehicle yourself! This way you can get your template exactly where you want it. You can download our guide at the bottom of this page.
How much does it cost to send you my carpets? We recommend using Parcelforce 48 Hour service as it's an easy process and typically it costs around £10 to send a full set of carpets. Just make sure to keep the length under 150cm. The cheapest service is usually Evri at around £6
Do you have a catalogue I can look through? We do have a selection of stock carpets available but as everyone has different tastes and needs, what we do is take a colour & pile thickness preference, then set about sourcing you a match against those specifications. We can send pictures and edged samples if requested so you are in full control of the carpet you choose.
Can I get samples? Once we know what your colour and pile thickness preferences are and we source a match, we are more than happy to send you out a sample for your approval prior to manufacturing!
What's your turnaround time? For a bespoke service we are really quick! We always aim to get your new carpets made and dropped with the courier in 7-10 working days of processing your order. Most other companies can have you waiting up to 3 months!
Should I get luxurious or hard wearing carpets? From a practical point of view hard wearing carpets with a shorter pile are more lightweight for your vehicle and are easier to keep clean (dog owners take note!) Everywhere in your vehicle is a high traffic area so thicker pile carpets will wear more quickly over time, however do offer you that little extra bit of comfort and extravogance!
Can I get press studs? We can apply press studs to match your existing carpets or add them to sets just because you want them! We only charge £2 a stud on top of the amount for your set.
Should I split my carpet into sections? We would always recommend sectionalising your footprint. Not only does it make your carpets much easier to pull up and put away if needed, but it will also save on total cost of carpet as we can reduce waste.
Can you deliver my carpets? We use Parcelforce 48 hour service which is fully tracked and we ensure your brand new carpets are well packaged so they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Can I have my old carpets back? Of course! For packaging size and weight limits we do have to send your old carpets back separately once you have received your new set. This is also more sensible as if in the unlikely event the package went missing, we would still have the old set to create from. We do charge a separate fee for return of old carpets to cover the postage and packaging costs.
